Hello! I’m Heather and this is my daughter, Brooklyn. I am a stay at home wife and mama with a passion to create beautiful sweets. I was born and raised in South Florida and began baking at a very young age with my grandmother. I still use a lot of her amazing, delicious, and original recipes that she typed out and left for me in a laminated binder before she passed away. When my daughter was born, I knew that I didn’t want to put her in daycare and go back to my office job. So, in August of 2022, Brookie Cookie Bakery was born. 

 

Since starting our company, we have made so many new lifelong friends and clients. Every cake and sweet treat that you see is made with love and care. Brooklyn really enjoys helping me in the kitchen. Her favorite parts include cracking the eggs, turning on the mixer, smoothing icing, and rolling cookie dough. Even my husband, Brett, will jump in to ice cookies and offer creative feedback throughout our process.
